The 16th-ranked Siena Heights women's basketball team will host a Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference Tournament quarterfinal for the third consecutive year when Northwestern Ohio visits the SHU Fieldhouse for a 7:30 p.m. tip-off.
The Saints (23-7) enter the WHAC Tournament as the No. 3 seed while UNOH (17-13) is the sixth seed. The squads split their regular-season series with visiting teams winning both matchups; UNOH won in Adrian, 78-66 (Nov. 23), before Siena Heights won in Lima, 69-55 (Jan. 18).
Admission to the game is $7 for adults and $5 for students. Students, faculty and staff of Siena Heights University will be admitted free upon showing their campus ID. Special all-sport and season passes will not be accepted.
Siena Heights has advanced to the WHAC Tournament semifinals in each of the past two seasons. Northwestern Ohio has qualified for three consecutive conference tournaments, but has fallen in the quarterfinals each time.
In other WHAC Tournament action, top-seed Davenport (28-1) will host eight-seed Madonna (12-17); No. 2 seed Cornerstone (21-8) will host seventh-seed Concordia (14-16); and fourth-seed Indiana Tech (19-12) is set to host five-seed Aquinas (21-8).
