Greg Dutton has joined the Siena Heights men's basketball program for the 2024-25 season. Dutton has coached locally at the high school level, most recently as the junior varsity coach and varsity assistant at Clinton High School (2018-24).

"I appreciate the opportunity that Coach Pechota has provided for me and I am eagerly anticipating the challenge of coaching at the collegiate level," Dutton said. "I have great memories of Siena Heights basketball from when I was growing up, attending games and camps. I am excited to be part of the Saints hoops tradition. I look forward to making a positive impact to the current and future student-athletes. Go Saints!"
During his recent stint at Clinton, Dutton held an 80-35 record as JV coach. The varsity squad claimed district championships in 2021-22 and 2022-23.
Dutton is in his 18th year of teaching — his seventh with Clinton Community Schools. He currently teaches Math and Computer Science at Clinton Middle School.
During his college days, Dutton, a 2002 Napoleon HS grad, played for Adrian College in 2002-03 before playing his sophomore year for Kalamazoo Valley Community College. After that, he was a team manager for Western Michigan men's basketball (2004-07).
