Women's T&F Begins Outdoor Season At Spartan Invite

EAST LANSING, Mich. Siena Heights posted multiple Top‑5 finishes in sprint, relay and field events at Michigan State's Spartan Invitational.

Jenna‑Ann Johnson led the Saints on the track with a win in the 100 meters, crossing first in 12.63 seconds against a headwind. Teammate Terria Fisher finished second just behind her in 12.64, giving Siena Heights the top two spots. Johnson also added a fifth‑place finish in the 200 meters at 25.59.

In the field, Emma Valentine captured first place in the high jump, clearing 1.70 meters (5‑7). The mark met both the NAIA "A" standard, continuing her string of national‑qualifying performances this season. Emma Fessler followed with a fifth‑place finish at 1.60 meters.

The Saints earned another podium finish in the jumps as Terria Fisher placed second in the triple jump, recording a best mark of 10.82 meters (35‑6).

Siena Heights also produced a strong relay showing. The 4×100 relay team of Brooklyn Spradlin, Fisher, Emma Stewart and Johnson finished third in 48.52, while the 4×400 relay placed fifth as Bailey McCulloch, Cora Liu, Brooklyn Kemokai and Iris Millies combined to run 4:16.07.
