UNIVERSITY CENTER, Mich. -- Siena Heights pole vaulter Emma Stewart won with an NAIA automatic-qualifying mark and sister Kathryn Stewart recorded a provisional in the event as the Siena Heights women's indoor track and field team opened its season Friday at the Saginaw Valley Holiday Invitational.

Emma Stewart cleared 12 feet, 6 1/4 inches (3.82 meters). Kathryn Stewart's height was 11-8 1/2 (3.57m) -- good for third place.
