RIchards Has Three Autos, Two Wins, Two Records At Kleinow

ADRIAN, Mich. -- Siena Heights women's track and field's Linnearia Richards had three NAIA qualifying marks, two event wins and two school-record performaces as Siena Heights hosted the Kleinow Memorial at O'Laughlin Stadium. As a team, the Saints totaled 10 wins, six autos and two provisionals.

Richards had autos in the 100-meter hurdles, 400 hurdles and long jump. She won the 400 hurdles and long jump while finishing second to teammate Faith Jackson in the 100 hurdles.

Richards' time of 1:01.57 broke her old school record of 1:01.59 in the 400 hurdles. She had a distance of 19 feet, 8 1/4 inches (6.00 meters) in the long jump, breaking the previous school record by Maddi Pierce (19-6 1/4 in 2016).

During the 100 hurdles, Jackson clocked in at 13.74 seconds with Richards close behind at 13.77. Both women hit autos.

Margherita Conrad and Emma Stewart led a 1-2-3 SHU finish in pole vault with auto heights. Conrad cleared 13-5 1/4 (4.10m) and Stewart had a 12-7 1/2 (3.85m).

Morgan Lutton won the high jump with a provisional jump of 5-5 1/4 (1.66m).

The 4x100-meter relay team hit a provisional time, as well, with a 47.49. Team members were Jackson, Terria Fisher, Jocie Berry and Jenna-Ann Johnson.

Other winners included Fisher in the triple jump, going 35-10 1/4 (10.94m). Akiyah Ash won the shot put with a 41-3 (12.57m). Jordan Lumbrezer finished first in the hammerthrow with a 144-4 (43.99m). Carly Cure won the javelin with a 107-8 (32.82m).
