SOUTHFIELD, Mich. -- Women's soccer tied WHAC conference opponent, Lawrence Tech, 1-1 on Wednesday night.

The contest was a defensive battle. Both teams had fewer than four shots in the first half. Siena Heights broke the stalemate in the 59th minute when Jenna Moeller scored, unassisted. That looked like it may have been the game-winning goal, but in the 87th minute, Lawrence Tech scored. The Saints had little time to respond, and the contest ended in a draw.
