ADRIAN, Mich. -- The Siena Heights women's soccer team opened its 2025 season with a 2-1 non-conference loss to Olivet Nazarene on Saturday at O'Laughlin Stadium.

Parker Cheney scored the lone SHU goal, tallying in the 24th minute.

ONU responded with a pair of second-half goals during the 73rd and 87th minutes.

Olivet Nazarene outshot the Saints 14-9.

Saints goalkeeper Sydney Eads tallied seven saves.

Siena Heights will play its next game on Friday, Aug. 29, when it visits Cumberland (Tenn.).
