The Siena Heights women's soccer team was rated fourth on the Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference preseason coaches poll as announced by the league.

SHU rates behind only defending WHAC champ Aquinas, Lawrence Tech and Madonna. The Saints finished fifth in the WHAC regular season in 2022 before earning a 2-1 victory against four-seed Northwestern Ohio in the WHAC Tournament quarterfinals. SHU's tournament run ended in a 5-0 loss to top-seed Aquinas in the semifinals.

Last year, Siena Heights ended with an 11-5-4 record while going 5-2-4 in conference play. SHU returns a trio of All-WHAC performers: MacKenzie Stenzel (First Team), Olivia Emert (Second Team) and Lily Tiplady (Second Team).

The Saints will open their have three preseason home dates with a pair of scrimmages and their alumni game Aug. 12-14 before opening the regular season at Saint Francis (Ind.) on Aug. 17.

Siena Heights' first regular-season home game will be Sept. 13 at 7 p.m. when Mount Vernon Nazarene visits for a 7 p.m. start.
