MARION, Ind. -- Lauren Cojei tied for third, leading a quartet of Saints in the Top 10 individual standings as the Siena Heights women's golf team placed second at the Indiana Wesleyan Spring Invitational, which took place Friday and Saturday at Arbor Trace Golf Club. A total of 51 golfers from 10 schools competed.

Cojei fired a two-day total of 158 (80-78) for the Saints, who had a team score of 642 (324-318).

Alyssa Fausneaucht (82-79) and Sydney Gossett (80-81) tied for sixth with 161s while Andrea Richards tied for eighth with a 162 (82-80).

The Saints trailed team champ Cumberlands (Ky.), which had a 630, and finished ahead of Marian, Ind. (665), Olivet Nazarene, Ill. (687), Cardinal Stritch, Wis. (688), Aquinas (697), Saint Joseph's, Ind. (705), Indiana Wesleyan (706), Holy Cross, Ind. (713) and Indiana-East (inc.).

Siena Heights will compete next on Thursday in the Lourdes Spring Invitational at Heatherdowns in Toledo, Ohio.
