WYOMING, Mich. -- Siena Heights' Tiffany Logan was the top individual bowler as she led the Saints' women's bowling team to a fourth-place finish at the fourth Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference jamboree, which occurred Saturday at Spectrum Lanes. A total of 53 bowlers from seven schools competed at the event.
Logan compiled a four-game series of 783 (195.75 average). Her four game scores were 154, 245, 204 and 180.
She was joined in the Top 10 by teammate Katarina Coulson, who had a four-game 733 (183.25). Coulson, who placed sixth, tossed games of 209, 186 and 190.
Also for the Saints, Madeline Smith had a 669 series (167.25 average), including a high game of 187. She finished 15th.
Indiana Tech was the top team at WHAC #4, finishing with a total score of 6,417.
The fourth WHAC event wrapped up the conference regular season. Concordia won the WHAC regular-season championship with 27 points. The Cardinals were followed, in order, by Davenport (19), Northwestern Ohio (19), Aquinas (17), Indiana Tech (16), Siena Heights (8) and Lawrence Tech (8).
SHU will return to action on Saturday, Jan. 10, when it hosts the Halo Classic at the Lenawee Recreation Center.
