INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. -- Katarina Coulson bowled the team-high average while Amanda Blackwell had the team's high game as the Siena Heights women's bowling team placed 43rd among 64th teams at the Hoosier Classic, which took place at Woodland Bowl on Friday and Saturday.
Coulson finished 170th of 444 with an eight-game average of 176.88 in the nine-game setup. Coulson rolled a 206 game and compiled an eight-game 1,415.
Blackwell's 242 was the Saints' high score. She had a seven-game series of 1,204, which figured out to a 172.0 average.
Celsie Van Loon added games of 221 and 206 to an eight-game 1,381 (172.63 average) while Amanda Barry contributed a 200 game and seven-game 1,109 (158.43).
As a team, the Saints finished with a nine-game team score of 7,503.
Wichita State (Kan.) placed first in group play with an 8,687 and then claimed first place in tournament action as well.
Wichita's Dasha Kovalova was the top individual bowler with a score of 1,899 (211.00).
