15 Saints and Team Honored by NFCA

The National Fastpitch Coaches Association released their academic honors for the 2024-2025 academic year.

Siena Heights saw 15 student athletes as well as their team honored with awards.

Faith Breinager, Courtnee Clark, Lauren Dioszegi, Emma Fair, Liberti Fair, Carly Grassley, Riley Hoover, Kam Kasak, Brianna Manning, Emma Marshall, Brooklyn Radwan, Avery Schellenberger, Rachel Shoemaker, Ellie Thelen, and Shyann Truax were honored as Easton/NFCA All-America Scholar Athletes.  In order to earn this recognition, a student-athlete must have earned a minimum of a 3.5 cumulative GPA over the fall 2024 and winter 2025 semesters.

Additionally, the softball team was recognized as a scholar team, earning a cumulative GPA above a 3.0.  The Saints finished with a 3.528, good for a 27th place finish in the NAIA.  The Saints are one of only two NAIA schools who have been named a scholar team in every year of the awards history.
