The Siena Heights softball team will meet Madonna in a Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference Tournament opener at the Art Van Complex in Rockford, Mich., on Wednesday. Opening-game action will begin at 6 p.m. and then two winners' bracket games and two losers' bracket games will take place at 8:30.

The Saints will enter the WHAC Tournament as the No. 8 seed while 25th-ranked Madonna, which was WHAC regular-season co-champion with Davenport, is the top-seed. The Crusaders claimed two home victories over SHU, 7-1 and 2-1, in their WHAC doubleheader on Mar. 29.
