Siena Heights runner Anthony Vermilye was named Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference Men's Cross Country Runner of the Week, as announced by the league on Monday.

Vermilye finished 31st individuallyamong 186 runners as the Saints tied placed fourth at the Eastern Michigan Celebration on Saturday.

Vermilye finished the 5-kilometer course in 15:59.5 for the Saints.
