DEFIANCE, Ohio-- The Siena Heights men's soccer team came out victorious to conclude the season over WHAC conference opponent Defiance 3-1 on Saturday. 

Jorge Ellis and Tiago Moraes all tallied goals for the Saints while Josh Vernier recorded the assist off of Ellis' goal. 

Brady Adams was the winning goalkeeper with three saves. Connor Ferkalo and Yuriy Tukalevskyy also saw action as Ferkalo totaled two saves and Tukalevskyy recorded three saves. 

Jorge Ellis and Tiago Moraes scored the Saints' first half goals as Vernier assisted on Ellis' goal in the 28th minute, and Moraes scored unassisted in the 44th minute. 

In the second half, Defiance and SHU each scored one goal as Moraes scored again unassisted in the 64th minute, before Defiance scored in the 84th minute as the Saints held on to come out on top 3-1.
