FORT WAYNE, Ind. -- Nick Campbell placed sixth and Parker Ross tied for seventh as the Siena Heights men's golf team placed third among 11 teams at the Saint Francis (Ind.) Cougar Fall Invitational over the weekend at Brookwood Golf Course.
Campbell carded a pair of one-over-par 73s, compiling a two-round 146 on the 6,737-yard, par-72 course. Ross had an even-par 72 on day one before following up with a 75 to finish with a 147 total.
Also, Joe Forest carded a two-day 149 (75-74) to tie for 13th, Tim Combs had a 154 (75-79) to tie for 32nd, andColin Smith tied for 54th with a 160 (83-77).
SHU's team total was 594 (295-299) and trailed only Indiana Wesleyan (293-291-584) and Spring Arbor (295-295-591).
Trey Stoll of Grace (Ind.) was the top golfer, finishing with a five-under 139 (71-68).
