MUSKEGON, Mich. -- Kenneth DeGraaf was the individual singles champion and was named to the all-tournament team as the Siena Heights men's bowling team placed fourth during the Great Lakes Classic at Northway Lanes on Friday.
DeGraaf rolled games of 227-264-262-194 en route to a four-game series of 947 (236.75 average) and finished first among 41 bowlers from six schools.
Trevor Goodfriend placed 10th with a 796 series (199.0 average), tossing games of 244-190-190, while Aaron Dear had a 786 (196.5 average) with games of 216-191-199.
Also for the Saints, Justin Lempicki placed 20th with a 751 series (187.75 average), Zachary Colosimo took 21st with a 749 series (187.25 average) and Levi Masse finished 26th with a 724 series (181.0 average).
Masse's high game was 234, Colosimo had a 209 and Lempicki fired a 193.
With 6,779 team points, Siena Heights finished behind team champ Aquinas (7,032), second-place School Craft (6,935) and Rochester (6,885). Muskegon Community College (6,735) and Kirtland Community College (5,819) took fifth and sixth, respectively.
