FORT WAYNE, Ind. -- Kenneth DeGraaf was the top Siena Heights men's bowler, placing sixth among 76 competitors, as the Saints placed fifth at the fourth Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference jamboree, which took place Saturday at Kingpin Bowl.
DeGraaf tossed games of 264, 244 and 215 while on his way to a 906 four-game series (226.5 average).
Paul Farley had SHU's high game of 266. He also tossed a 213 and 200 to compile an 873 series (218.25).
Also for the Saints, James Kraushaar rolled a 238 game and 791 series (197.75) to place 28th individually. Ryan Ramirez finished with games of 237 and 201 while Aaron Dear fired a 252.
Northwestern Ohio's Chandler Stevens was the top bowler. He had a 993 series (248.25), which included a 248.25 series.
Siena Heights had a team score of 7,145, finishing behind Lawrence Tech (7,668), Davenport (7,607), Northwestern Ohio (7,590) and Indiana Tech (7,201), while finishing ahead of Concordia (6,843) and Aquinas (6,712).
With 25 points, Davenport and Lawrence Tech tied atop the WHAC regular-season standings. Northwestern Ohio was third with 22, Indiana Tech took fourth with 16, Concordia and Siena Heights tied for fifth with nine each, and Aquinas was seventh with six points.
