FARMINGTON HILLS, Mich. -- Aaron Dear rolled a high game of 218 while Paul Farley had the top four-game series of 726 as the Siena Heights men's bowling team placed sixth among seven teams at the third Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference jamboree, which took place on Saturday at Country Lanes.
Farley's top game was 191 as he compiled a 181.50 average. He placed 28th in the individual standings.
Dear had a three-game 568, averaging out to 189.33, which was the 23rd-best average.
Kenneth DeGraaf tossed a 192 game and Zach Colosimo added a 191.
The Saints had a team score of 6,234 while Davenport led the way with a 7,220. Elliott Arnold of Lawrence Tech was the top individual bowler among 78 competitors; he had an 896 (224 average).
In the team standings, SHU is sixth with six points. The Saints trail Davenport (19), Lawrence Tech (18), Northwestern Ohio (17), Indiana Tech (12) and Concordia (7). SHU is ahead of Aquinas (5).
