ADRIAN, Mich. — The Siena Heights men's basketball team hung with Rochester Christian for long stretches Wednesday night, but the Warriors' efficient shooting eventually proved too much as the Saints fell 76–61 on Wednesday at the SHU Fieldhouse.
Siena Heights got a strong night from Jonas Tester, who finished with 14 points on 7‑for‑12 shooting, and Nick Sobush, who added 13. Jasiah Rainey provided 11 points, six rebounds and five steals, keeping the Saints within striking distance throughout the first half.
The Saints trailed just 38–32 at halftime and stayed within single digits early in the second before Rochester Christian caught fire. The Warriors shot a blistering 63.8 percent from the field and 50 percent from three, powered by a 28‑point outburst from Tymias Williams, whose ability to finish in transition and create off the dribble caused problems all night.
Despite the defensive challenge, Siena Heights continued to generate answers. Danilo Rajlic delivered five points and five rebounds off the bench, and George Kalatzis added seven, including a second‑half three-pointer that briefly halted Rochester Christian's momentum.
