ADRIAN, Mich. (AP) — The Siena Heights men's basketball team suffered a 66-65 loss to WHAC opponent Cleary on Saturday at the SHU Fieldhouse.
George Kalatzis led the Saints off the bench with 18 points while Jack Olis added 15 points and eight rebounds. Jonas Tester added 14 points.
Siena Heights trailed 42–26 at the break but stormed back behind improved shooting and defensive pressure, outscoring Cleary 39–24 in the second half and pulling even in the final minute.
The Saints briefly took the lead in the final two minutes, but Cleary answered at the free‑throw line and converted a pair of foul shots with 17 seconds remaining to regain the advantage.
Siena Heights had chances to respond in the closing seconds but couldn't convert, as Cleary closed out the one‑point win.
