UPLAND, Ind. -- The Siena Heights men's basketball team dropped its season opener to Taylor (Ind.), 90-79, in non-conference play on Saturday.

Christian Covile was the Saints' leading scorer, finishing with 28 points.

The Saints (0-1) will be in action again on Tuesday when they visit Indiana-South Bend.
