The National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) has announced the 2022 Daktronics NAIA Scholar-Athletes award. The Siena Heights Football Program had eleven student-athletes earn these distinctions.
In order to be nominated for the NAIA Scholar-Athlete, an individual must maintain a minimum grade point average of 3.5 on a 4.0 scale, must appear on the eligibility certificate for the sport, and have attended two full years as a non-transfer or one full year as a transfer.

Kabe Sykora (1st time), junior, biology major from Marshall, Michigan
Nick Turchiano (1st time), junior, sport management major from Cincinnati, Ohio
Walter Turner (1st time) junior, psychology major from Carlson, Michigan
TJ Verner (1st time) junior, business major from Clawson, Michigan
