DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. -- The Siena Heights football team had four athletes recognized as Daktronics-NAIA Scholar Athletes, as announced by the NAIA recently.

The honorees include senior Nic Acton; red-shirt sophomores Seth McIntosh and Stefan Wilkinson; and red-shirt freshman Jordan Riley.

Acton, a two-time honoree, is a Business Administration major.

McIntosh double majors in Criminal Justice and Psychology while Wilkinson majors in Secondary Education, concentrating in mathematics.

Riley is a Sports Management major.

In order to be nominated for the NAIA award, a student-athlete must maintain a minimum grade point average of 3.5 on a 4.0 scale and must have achieved a junior academic status. A total of 312 men were recognized.
