The Siena Heights football team received its highest-ever rankings in the weekly NAIA coaches' poll, reaching the No. 20 spot on the list.

The Saints had appeared in the Top 25 poll only one other time -- on the Sept. 30, 2013, version -- when they were rated 25th. Otherwise, they have made five appearances in the receiving-votes category.

SHU (6-3, 5-1) secured a share of the Mid-States Football Association Mideast League title with its 31-14 victory over then-17th-ranked Robert Morris (Ill.).

In order to qualify for the NAIA Tournament, the Saints will need to win its final regular-season game at Grand View (Iowa) on Saturday and get some outside help as well.
