Inside Athletics

Ashley Nicosia is currently the Athletic Operations Manager at Siena Heights University. Ashley is a proud two-time graduate of Siena Heights University earning a Bachelor of Business Administration in Sport Management ’20 and a Master of Business Administration ’23. Ashley was the undergraduate director of basketball operations for the University’s women’s basketball program while earning her bachelor’s degree. She then served as the athletic operations graduate assistant while completing her master’s program. Ashley moved into the Athletic Operations Manager role in July 2023. Ashley came to Siena from New Orleans where she grew up and fostered a love for sports. Ashley is excited to continue working at Siena as she is passionate about collegiate athletics and enjoys working with student-athletes.
