To appreciate Sheila Landerschier’s four-year contribution to the Siena Heights University women’s basketball program all one really needs to do is look at the all-time statistical leaders. Almost ten years after her senior season, Landerschier remains the Saints’ all-time leading scorer (1,693 points) and career leader in steals (330). She also ranks #4 all-time in both rebounds (824) and assists (311).
Landerschier was talented enough to play any position on the floor; and her statistics reflect that versatility. An All-WHAC Conference selection for the Saints as a junior and senior, Landerschier received NAIA Honorable Mention All-American honors as a senior in 1996.
