The following was printed on Don Jackson's HOF plaque:
Don Jackson contributed to six WHAC championship (three in indoor track, two in outdoor track and one in cross country) during his three years as a middle-distance specialist at Siena Heights University. In addition to earning NAIA Honorable Mention All-American honors with fellow ’07 Hall of Fame inductee Kenon Goree in 1994 and 1996 in the distance medley relay, Jackson and three other Saints earned All-American honors in 1995 in the 3200 meter relays at the NAIA National Championships. Jackson also ran to numerous individual WHAC track & field titles during his SHU running career.
