The following was printed on Colleen Baierl's HOF plaque:
Baierl rewrote the Siena Heights women’s soccer scoring records during her four-year career from 1991-94. She led the Saints in scoring in three of those four years. She led the 1993 Saints to WHAC conference and District #23 titles and a 16-4 overall record; and was named the District #23 Player-of-the-Year. In her final season, Baierl was named the WHAC Conference Player-of-the-Year and she participated in the Umbro Select Senior Classic national all-star game.
In her year of induction (2005) into the Siena Heights University Athletic Hall of Fame, she ranked second all-time in goals (67) and third all-time in points (149).
