The following was printed on Davonte Price's Hall of Fame Plaque.
Davonte Price was a defensive back for the Saints from 2013 to 2016. Price earned 1st Team All-MSFA Mideast honors once in his career and was named MSFA Mideast Player of the Week once as well.
Price’s name appears throughout the SHU record books. At the end of his career, he ranked 4th in career interceptions (8), 3rd in interception return touchdowns (1), 3rd in fumble returns (1), 1st in unassisted tackles (114), 4th in assisted tackles (81), 3rd in total tackles (195), 4th in passes defended, and 1st in blocked kicks (2).
In 2016, Price recorded 46 interception return yards, the 5th best single-season mark at the time. His four interceptions that year were the 3rd best single-season mark in SHU history. Additionally, his 40 unassisted tackles in 2015 ranked 3rd best at the time, and his 10 passes defended in 2014 were the 3rd best single-season mark in SHU history.
