The following was printed on Rafe Jacobs' Hall of Fame Plaque:

Rafe Jacobs stands as the most highly decorated male dancer in school history. Competing for the Saints from 2020–21 through 2023–24, he distinguished himself with an NAIA Second Team All‑American honor in the 2023–24 season as well as an NAIA Honorable Mention All‑American accolade. Jacobs earned All‑WHAC recognition in each of his four seasons, collecting one First Team All‑WHAC honor and three Second Team All‑WHAC selections.

His achievements extended beyond the performance floor. Jacobs was a two‑time Academic All‑WHAC honoree and was selected to the WHAC Champions of Character Team, reflecting his commitment to excellence both academically and personally.
