Despite unique and challenging circumstances, 527 Siena Heights student athletes earned a 3.24 GPA in the fall semester of 2025.
Leading the way in the classroom was the women's soccer team with a 3.92 GPA, followed by women's cross country team with a 3.81 GPA, and the dance team with a 3.79 GPA. Rounding out the top five was the women's track & field team with a 3.78 GPA and the women's golf team with a 3.66 GPA.
Seven of the eight women's teams earned a 3.0 GPA or higher with an aggregate GPA of 3.59. Eight of the ten men's teams earned a 3.0 GPA or higher. The men's cross country team (3.40 GPA), the baseball team (3.35 GPA), the men's soccer team (3.34 GPA), the men's lacrosse team (3.27 GPA), and the men's track & field team (3.26 GPA) were the top five men's programs. The aggregate men's GPA was a 3.13.
With the co-ed sports, the dance team led the way with their 3.79 GPA. The cheer team earned a 3.30 GPA, the esports team earned a 3.06 GPA and the stunt team earned a 2.59 GPA.
The 527 student athletes maintain a 3.22 cumulative GPA for their careers. Leading the way by program is the women's golf program with a 3.76 GPA followed by the women's soccer program with a 3.75 GPA. The women's cross country program holds a 3.60 GPA and the women's track & field program carries a 3.54 GPA followed by the dance program with a 3.53 GPA. Rounding out the top five cumulative GPA for the women is the women's volleyball team (3.46), rounding out the top five cumulative GPA for the men's programs are the men's soccer program (3.36), baseball (3.28), men's lacrosse (3.233) men's track and field (3.232) and the men's golf program (3.09).
