ADRIAN, Mich. – The Siena Heights University athletic department will be hosting a Fall Coaches Preview at ZZ's Sports Bar & Grill inside the Lenawee Recreation Bowling Center in Adrian, Michigan on Monday, August 23. The live show will start at 6:00 p.m. and is open to the public.
The preview will feature coaches from fall sports teams highlighting the 2021 fall seasons. Each coach will speak on the current state of their team and expectations for the upcoming season in an interview with SHU men's basketball coach Joe Pechota.
The fall season gets underway on Saturday, August 21 when the SHU women's soccer team hosts Olivet Nazarene at 2:00 p.m.
Men's soccer and women's volleyball open the season on Friday, August 27 on the road.
Men's golf starts on Friday, September 3 at the Lou Collins Memorial Classic in Augusta, Michigan while the women's golf team begins the following day at the Indiana Wesleyan Kick-Off Classic in Marion, Indiana.
Men's and women's cross country have their first race on Friday, September 10 at the Warrior Challenge in Fort Wayne, Indiana.
