Women's Volleyball Extends Win Streak to 11 After Victory Over Concordia

ANN ARBOR, Mich -- The Siena Heights women's volleyball team traveled to Concordia (1-15, 1-4 WHAC) for a Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference contest on Wednesday and grabbed the victory in three sets.

SHU was in control of the match from the beginning after winning set one very convincingly, 25-8. Set two and three scores were both 25-14.

Tonight's win was the team's eleventh straight win, giving the Saints a 14-1 overall record and 4-0 WHAC record. 

Leading the way for Siena Heights was Libby Breton with nine kills and five assisted blocks. Amanda Metz was the Saints leader with 16 assists, while Madison Sitter contributed ten. Gabrielle Kalugar finished with a team high 16 digs. 

Next up, the Saints will host No. 14 Cornerstone in a WHAC contest on Wednesday, Sept. 27. First serve is set for 7 p.m.
