Sophomore Kara Bishop (Allegan, Mich.) was honored by the Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference as women's soccer defensive player of the week.
Bishop helped the Saints to go 2-0 on the week while she started in goal. While in net, Bishop was able to make 11 saves and only allowing 1 goal. The Saints goaltender also earned a shutout versus Judson (Ill.) as that highlighted her week.
This is Bishop's first WHAC weekly award of her career and second Saints women's soccer player to earn a WHAC weekly honor this season.
