#9 Women's Lacrosse Drops Contest to #2 Lawrence Tech

ADRIAN, Mich. -- The  No. 9 ranked Siena Heights women's lacrosse team hosted 2nd-ranked Lawrence Tech in a Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference match-up on Saturday. The Saints dropped the contest by a score of 19-3.

The Blue Devils took off in the first half outscoring the Saints 12-0 and never looked back. 

Kayla Parks, Aliisa Mason and Taylor Swartz each scored one goal for Siena Heights (5-3, 2-3 WHAC) while Swartz added one assist. Tabitha Ferguson suffered the loss in net for the Saints, making nine saves. 

Lawrence Tech (7-0, 4-0 WHAC) was led by Ashley Collins with four goals and two assists, and Anna Gagnon who contributed four goals and four assists. Marie Klonowski grabbed the win in goal for the Blue Devils finishing with ten saves. 

The Saints will be back in action on Sunday, March 26, when they travel to take on Aquinas in a WHAC contest. Game time is set for 4:30 p.m.
