Khan Earns Second Team All-WHAC; Five Saints Named All-WHAC Academic

Siena Heights men's soccer midfielder Rahbar Khan was named to the Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference Second Team as announced by the league, on Friday. The Saints also had five players named to the WHAC All-Academic team.

Kahn started all 17 games for the Saints, leading with seven goals and 12 assists, to earn 26 points. He led the WHAC in assists, averaging 0.71 per game.

The lone two-time honoree for WHAC All-Academic was senior Khan while first-time honorees include juniors Elmedin CelovicMatt Lentine, Brent Rodden and Matt Wilkie. In order to be nominated for the award, a student-athlete must maintain a minimum grade point average of 3.25 on a 4.0 scale and must have achieved a junior academic status.

Elmedin Celovic was the Saints' Champions of Character honoree.
