Siena Heights men's soccer will continue their Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference contests with a home game against Concordia on Wednesday at 7 p.m. and will travel to Lawrence Tech on Saturday for a 1 p.m. contest. SHU is currently 2-5 on the season while going 0-1 in the WHAC, falling to Madonna 2-1 last Saturday.
Concordia holds a 5-3 record with a 0-1 WHAC record after losing to Indiana Tech 7-0. On the road, the Cardinals hold a 3-2 record and boast a 2-0 home record.
Last season, the Cardinals fell to the Saints 2-0. Goals came from Ian Billock and Alessandro De Santis with Leo Hisamatsu making four saves.
On Saturday, SHU will travel to LTU for their Homecoming match. The Blue Devils hold a 5-2-2 record and a 0-0-1 WHAC slate, tying Cornerstone in double-overtime. Prior to Lawrence Tech hosting the Saints, LYU will host WHAC opponent Marygrove on Wednesday.
In the close 1-0 match, the Blue Devils best the Saints in the rescheduled contest. Rahbar Khan led SHU with six shots while Hisamatsu made five saves.
The Saints will travel to Aquinas and Michigan-Dearborn next week with contests on Wednesday, Oct. 4, and Saturday, Oct. 7. Game time for the WHAC contests is set for 7 p.m. and 3 p.m., respectively.
