WHAC Preseason Coaches Poll Ranks Men's Soccer 10th

The Siena Heights men's soccer team sits 10th in the 2017 Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference (WHAC) Preseason Coaches Ratings. SHU finished the 2016 season with a 4-12-1 overall record and a 1-10 conference record.

UNOH is poised to repeat as the Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference (WHAC) men's soccer champion. The head coaches in the league selected the Racers as the preseason favorite with 143 poins and 11 first-place votes. UNOH's only title was in 2014. Indiana Tech received the last first-place vote and is picked second with 125 points. Cornerstone and Madonna are tied for third with 110 points each. Cornerstone claimed titles in 1993, 2011 and 2012 while Madonna (1997, 1998, 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005, 2007, 2008) is tied with Aquinas (1992, 1999, 2000, 2001, 2006, 2008, 2009, 2010) for the most WHAC crowns with 8 each.

Rochester is making its debut in the league after becoming full members on July 1. The preseason poll is conducted using votes from all head coaches in the conference.
