ADRIAN, Mich. -- The Siena Heights men's golf team finished seventh out of 11 teams with a score of 320 after the first day of the WHAC Jamboree #2. Colin Duffy was the highest finisher for the Saints with a score of 76 which was good enough to tie for 13th overall, however, he competed as an individual and his score did not contribute to the team total.
Aaron Bitz was the highest finisher of the five scores that counted for SHU. He finished tied for 17th with a 77. Next, was Jame Monteith with a 79. He was followed by Hunter Walsh (81), Drew Whelan (83), and James Kuenzer (84).
Nate Hamilton, Darien Zeluff, Bryce Henderson, Josh Winowiecki, and Grady Morlock also competed as individuals for Siena. Hamilton finished with the third-lowest score for the Saints with a 78 (t-20th). Zeluff was next with an 82 (t-41st). Henderson (83) tied for 44th. Winowiecki (84) was 46th and Grady Morlock (5-52nd) finished with an 86.
The final day of the WHAC Jamboree #2 takes place on Saturday, September 22. The round begins at 10:00 a.m., with a shotgun start.
