FORT WAYNE, Ind. – The Siena Heights men's bowling team competed in the American Heartland Intercollegiate Bowling Conference (AHIBC) Championship on Saturday. The team bowled five baker games and took 15th place.
The team bowled five baker games, with their highest score in the second game. The scores were 713, 746, 722, 649 and 629. The Saints had a total pin-fall of 3459 and an average score of 864.75.
Other teams competing in the championship included Lawrence Tech, placing fourth, Indiana Tech, placing seventh and Davenport, placing 14th.
The top eight teams advanced to the next round.
The Saints will be back in action at the sectional qualifiers beginning on March 11 at the Smyrna Bowling Center in Smyrna, Tenn.
