ANN ARBOR, Mich. -- The Siena Heights cheerleading team finished fourth at the Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference Championship, on Friday.
In the preliminary round, the Saints earned a score of 62.23 that counted toward 25% of their overall score. In the final round, SHU managed a 61.47 for 75% of the overall total, earning Siena Heights an overall score of 61.66 points for fourth place.
Winning the competition with 90.36 points was Lourdes, followed closely by Davenport who scored a 90.24 to earn second. Concordia finished in front of SHU with an 86.47 while the Saints were followed by Aquinas (56.38) and Indiana Tech (49.28).
Siena Heights will be back in action on Sunday, Feb. 19, when SHU hosts the Saints Spectacular.
