Baseball Falls to Webber International

BABSON PARK, Fla. -- The Siena Heights baseball team fell 13-1 to Webber International (Fla.) in non-conference action, on Tuesday.

The Warriors scored fours runs in the bottom of the first against SHU and never looked back. The lone Saints' run came in the top of the first after four Saints in a row were walked. Webber International outhit Siena Heights 19-0.

Starting on the mound for the Saints was Chris McKiddie, allowing seven runs and seven hits. Also pitching for Siena Heights was Landon Lumbrezer, Ben Finn, Cameron Best and Nic Olson.

Jesse Coleman earned the win for the Warriors (15-3), allowing one run and five strikeouts.

Siena Heights (6-7) will be back in action on Thursday against Spring Arbor and Thomas (Ga.) in 1 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. contests.
