522 Siena Heights student athletes earned a 3.15 GPA in the winter semester of 2018.
Leading the way in the classroom was the women's golf team with a 3.86 GPA, followed by the softball team with a 3.62 GPA. The women's soccer team came in with a 3.53 GPA followed by the women's volleyball team with a 3.52 GPA. Rounding out the top five was the women's cross country team with a 3.51 GPA.
All eleven of the women's teams earned a 3.0 GPA or higher, with an aggregate of 3.41 for the women. On the men's side, the men's bowling team led the way with a 3.18 GPA, follwed by the baseball team with a 3.16 GPA. The men's golf team, 3.13 GPA, men's soccer team, 3.03 GPA, men's cross country team, 3.00 GPA, and men's volleyball team, 3.00 GPA, also hit the 3.00 mark. The men's aggregate for the semester was a 2.95 GPA.
The cumulative GPA for all Siena Heights student-athletes over the course of their academic careers stands at 3.17 overall. Leading the way on the overall career GPA is the women's golf team, 3.75 GPA, softball, 3.61 GPA, and women's volleyball 3.51 GPA. The women's cumulative career GPA is 3.38, with the men's cumulative career GPA sitting at 2.99.
